What we keep
When you comment on an @cauhi post or message @cauhi, the automation stores your Instagram-scoped user ID, your username, the comment or message it answered, the time, which messages it sent you and whether you follow @cauhi. We use this only to reply, avoid sending you the same message twice and measure how the guides perform. We do not sell it.
How to delete it
Send a direct message to @cauhi on Instagram with the word DELETE, or email hello@cauhi.com with your Instagram username.
We delete your records from the automation within 30 days and confirm by message or email. Copies in encrypted backups expire as backups rotate (within 30 days).
Removing the app connection or unfollowing @cauhi on Instagram does not by itself delete what we already stored, so please also send the request above.
