I’m Paulo Cauhi. I build products and operate businesses from Australia.

I’m a founder and product builder. My work sits at the intersection of technology, design, and operations: finding a practical problem, shaping a useful product, and staying close enough to the day-to-day work to make it better.

That approach currently spans Blink Blinds, a made-to-measure blinds and curtains business, and OpenTax, an AI-native workspace for accounting practices. They are different businesses, but the work behind them is similar—simplifying complex processes and building systems people can actually use.

I’m especially interested in AI as a working tool. I use it to explore ideas, improve products, and reduce friction across real operations, with more attention on what works than what sounds impressive.
