Commenting guidelines

You can comment as a guest without a social account. Comments may be published immediately and remain subject to moderation.

How participation works

  • You can comment as a guest.
  • Keep the discussion respectful, constructive, and connected to the update or the work it describes.
  • You can format comments with Markdown and reply to other comments.
  • Comments must contain 3–2,000 characters. Guest names need at least three characters.
  • Comment email notifications are disabled. Email updates are separate.

What is not accepted

  • Do not post advertising, repetitive promotion, deceptive links, automated submissions, or unrelated spam.
  • Harassment, hateful attacks, intimidation, and threats toward any person or group are not accepted.
  • Do not submit unlawful material or content that encourages illegal harm.
  • Do not impersonate another person, organisation, or the author.
  • Do not publish passwords, credentials, financial details, private contact information, health details, or other sensitive personal information about yourself or anyone else.
  • Do not bypass authentication, rate limits, moderation or other security controls.

Moderation, replies, and removal

  • Comments may appear immediately. Paulo can remove comments or block participants who violate the guidelines. There is no guaranteed review before publication.
  • Readers can reply to other comments. Keep the discussion relevant and respectful.
  • You can request removal through the contact details on this site. Removal from the live discussion does not immediately remove copies in existing backups; these expire as backups rotate.
